Double Whammy

Private eye R.J. Decker is hired to investigate a bizarre multi-million dollar racket in the professional bass fishing circuit in Florida. Pretty soon, Decker's own neck is on the line as he discovers that fishing in Florida doesn't involve just killing bass.
